Job description

You will:

  • Answer e-mail and phone calls from customers
  • Answer technical questions about cameras setting, explain functionality, give advice 
  • Inform customers about products and services provided by the company
  • Solve basic customer’s issues
  • Attend various courses (to improve communication, language and technical skills)


Your profile

  • You are a native French speaker and have advanced English
  • You have experience in customer support or you like taking photos
  • You have excellent communication skills, and want to learn new things
  • You have interest in long term cooperation
