Overview

What will you be doing:

·         Capture all transport requests and enter them into the system.

·         Supervise daily transport execution and bring solutions to issues.

·         Communicate with stakeholders to align on transport plan.

·         Ensure correct payments of shipments.

·         Drive and support process improvements and standardizations.

·         Manage slot bookings and adherence to them of your different hauliers.

 

Is this you?

·         Fluent English and Dutch speaker

·         With a Graduate degree and first experience within logistics area

·         Adaptable and flexible. We have some seasonal peaks where the workload is higher.

·         You like solving problems and not creating them

·         Resilient with love for logistics

·         Strong team spirit

·         You’re a go-to person when it comes to Microsoft Office (but we can teach you if not)

What will you be doing: 

·         Monitor, as well as rehabilitate overdue accounts.

·         Order credit check & release management

·         Minimize the number of delinquent accounts and contain the flow to the next financial cycle.

·         Bring solutions for customer issues (delivery, pricing, bonus and credit related questions)

·         Cooperate with customers to agree on payment dates (proactive and reactive) and amount to be paid.

·         Perform account reconciliation

·         Monitoring of customers on payment plans and upkeep notes

 

Is this you? 

·         You speak fluent English and Dutch

·         Undergraduate degree in Finance or related field/experience

·         You are resilient in stressful situations

·         You're passionate about numbers

·         You are comfortable working on your own initiative and prioritizing workload

·         Have knowledge in MS Office: Excel, Outlook, Power Point
