Overview

Purpose of Job

Process MDM transactions and perform related activities in applicable systems and tracking tools.  Demonstrate knowledge of processes and related systems in order to effectively perform main responsibilities and accountabilities.  Solve problems by precedent and reference detailed instructions and procedural documents, escalating issues and seeking advice when faced with complex issues and problems.

 

Main Accountabilities

• Process requests to make changes in Master Date of Vendors and Customers, including making the necessary changes in the ERP system

• Liaison with client and internal Accenture departments

• Assist with other departmental activities as required in order to maintain the required level of service

• Follow established policies, procedures and methods to achieve metrics and targets

• Deliver external/internal client satisfaction

• Serve as a resource and support to other team members

• Actively participate in the continuous improvement initiatives

• Engage in issue resolution procedures and follow escalation processes

• Assist in the preparation of reports/prepare/monitor reports in line with Client’s and Accenture’s requirements

• Respond to requests as needed

• Comply with Accenture standards, procedures and policies, as well as regulatory requirements

• Undertake other responsibilities and tasks as required

 

Dimensions

Based in Prague although there could be a requirement to visit client offices from time to time

Provide support to Order to Cash /MDM supervisor and assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

Skills, knowledge & experience

Essential

• High school education , preferably  with accounting experience

• Working knowledge of the English land German anguage

• Attention to detail

• Good team player, flexible, enthusiastic, innovative and proactive.

• Analytical approach / good problem solving skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

• Good interpersonal skills

• Ability to work to targets and deadlines


Desirable

  • Experience of working in a high volume Multi Cultural processing environment
