We are currently in search of a seasoned Account Manager, who has rich experience in Customer Service and B2B communication. You might soak up a multicultural atmosphere and diversity, hence decent command of English is also necessary.

As Account Manager you will be in charge of:
– Managing an assigned portfolio of customers and maintaining an efficient cooperation
– Handling escalation calls from customers or from Customer Service agents
– Figuring out occurred issues and provide advice if needed
– Setting up and preserving effective working relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and customers
– Carrying out daily administration agenda, for example maintaining records and process paperwork
– Directing and supporting customers regarding order entry, purchase orders, logistics, delivery, while collecting customer feedback
– Assisting the customer through all order to cash process
– Retaining and building professional relationships with them

Requirements

– Advanced English on the written and spoken form – C1
– Professional communication and organizational skills
– Previous experience in B2B Customer Service
– Stress-resilient person with problem-solving skills
– Independency and competency
