Your main responsibilities will be:
* Posts invoices, acts of acceptance in internal system
* Creates Reconciliation acts in the internal system and distributes them to Vendors
* Processing data in accordance with internal procedures
* Controlling the booking of the documents processed in order to assure the accuracy
* Prepares stock taking sheets for annual physical count of Fixed Assets and Intangible Assets
* Reporting on daily bases
* Takes part in monthly closing procedures in PS module
* Ensure compliance with EU VAT of all documents received/posted and issued to counterparties
* Assist with the Monthly Closure for trade accounting

Requirements

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

* University degree (Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics)
* Fluent English
* Previous work experience in accounting AP and AR processes
* Analytical capabilities
* Ability to prioritize
* Start ASAP
