You will be responsible to:

  • Organize effectively all Collection activities
  • Minimize financial risks and losses to the company as a result of overdue customer payments
  • Cooperate with key account managers and consumer care manager
  • Solve high level issues with customers
  • Improve processes, suggesting new ways of achieving goals
  • Monitor open queries and follow up on disputes
  • Prepare an accurate weekly cash forecast
  • Be passionate about people management

Requirements:
What we expect from you:

  • Knowledge of the collections process or general understanding of F&A processes
  • Fluency in English and German language
  • Previous experience in team leading or informal team supervision
  • MS Office active user, SAP is plus
  • Coaching and project management abilities
