Our client is originally a Swiss company – global provider of industrial solutions for processing food – who are now transferring some of their financial processes to their Global Business Center in Prague.

As an Accounts Payable Accountant, you will be responsible for:
– Managing of incoming invoices, credit and debit notes
– Communication with vendors
– Coordinating payment run
– Handling VAT aspects regarding AP
– Participating in the activities transition to Prague
– Coopetating on the process-improvement and implementating new solutions


– Previous experience in accounting preferably in AP
– University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or other related fields
– Understanding of accounts payable process
– Strong Command of English (C1), knowledge of German or French would be a big plus
– Proficiency in MS Excel
– Working experience with SAP FI is an advantage
– Strong communication and analytical skills
– Attention to details
