We are in search of an enthusiastic International AP Coordinator to join our team!
Responsibilities:
– Coordination of AP procedures within international teams.
– Leading efforts to enhance processes and facilitate the integration of worldwide solutions.
– Handling global client inquiries and requests.
– Assisting in transitions
– Overseeing compliance with processess, quality standards, and deadlines.
– Foster close cross-functional teamwork and collaboration with management.
Requirements
– Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
– Fluency in both English and Spanish is required (C1)
– Profound familiarity with Accounts Payable processes
– Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
– Strong dedication to delivering professional service to external clients.
– Previous involvement in global or international service delivery.
