- management and scanning of invoices
- pairing invoices with purchase orders
- review of invoices in the approval process
- cooperation with other departments
- reporting, data analysis
Workload: part-time around 20 hours per week
Flexible work schedule
Contract for definite period of time – 6 months with possibility of extension
Location: Prague 9Requirements:
- Min. secondary education, economic / finance field is advantage
- 1 year previous experience from AP is a plus
- Experience with invoice processing using ERP system-SAP is advantage
- Advanced level of English (will be used daily)
- Czech is not needed
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Reliability, focus on detail, flexibility
