Do you speak GERMAN? Are you experienced in customer service?
Then you could be a suitable candidate for a great international company!

Your main responsibilities will be:
– support to customers and internal employees by answering their queries
– troubleshooting, solving of logistic issues and taking orders
– building strong relationships with your own portfolio of customers
– preparation of correspondence and fulfilment of customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
– work in SAP system
– ad hoc tasks

Salary: 35 – 50 000 CZK/month
Working time: 20-40 hours/week


– Min. secondary degree
– Advanced knowledge of English and German
– Very good communication skills
– Experience from customer service or administration area
