As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:

– Organization of seminars and events
– Scheduling of meetings, trainings and business trips
– Travel arrangements
– Communication with management
– Administrative ad hoc tasks
– Support during team meetings (connection, meeting minutes)

Start date: ASAP
Contract till March 2023


– Upper-intermediate/fluent English for communication with management
– Fluent Czech or Slovak in both spoken and written form
– Experience from administration from international environment
– Advanced skills in Microsoft Office – preparation of presentations, revision of documents, reports etc.
– Excellent communication skills (professional approach towards employees)
– Organized and detail-oriented
