  •  Hire & manage AP sub-team including one-to-one sessions
  • AP Subject Matter Expert (review/re-write policies)
  • Ensure training and continuous development for direct reports
  • Identify and manage Process/System improvements
  • Leadership in change environment
  • Project management
  • Day to day process activities
  • Overview fair workload across the team

Requirements

  • Min bachelor´s degree preferably in accounting or economics
  • Holder of accounting certification or enrolled to one and in progress nice to have
  • 2 years of experience
  • 2 years working cross-functionally and leading team
  • Project management
  • Process implementation
  • English is a must, other European languages are welcome
