As an assistant in the accounting departmnet you’d be responsible for:

– Sorting incoming documents
– Scan all invoices and credit/debit notes
– Maintain levels of productivity and quality based on department standards.
– Maintain a record of completed work.
– Look after records archive according to different countries legal requirements.
– Engage in process improvement initiatives.


What do you need to apply?

* You have a high school degree related to economics
* You have a good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
* You have analytical mind and good communication skills.
* You speak English well
