Do you have knowledge of transactional buying processes, and would you like to build your career as an Associate Buyer Planner?

Your main responsibilities will be:

– Reviews and approvals of prepositions
– Adding new vendors and updates in SAP
– Checking of invoices and related POs
– Communication with customers and suppliers in Russian
– Regular reporting and ad hoc. tasks

12- month contract with a possibility of extension
Start: ASAP


– Min. bachelor´s degree
– Excellent knowledge of English, it will be used actively at work in both written and spoken form
– Russian min. B2 is essential as you will communicate with Russian suppliers and customers
– Previous experience in administration IS A NEED
– At least theoretical knowledge of supply chain, planning and procurement (from studies)
– Knowledge of SAP is a great plus
– Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, conditional formatting,…)
– Eagerness to learn and work on professional development
– Ability to work independently
– Reliability, focus on detail, flexibility
