Overview
In AT&T Brno, we are currently looking to hire skilled Senior RAN Network Specialist.
Within your role in the team your responsibilities will be to:
Efficiently evaluate network failures and provide suitable reactive responses, collaborating with multiple support organizations to streamline activities and minimize customer impact and loss.
Work on a flexible schedule, with working hours of 5:30-14:00 and 11:30-19:00, and adapt to swing shift when required.
Possess desirable knowledge in LINUX to enhance network management and troubleshooting capabilities.
Proficient in RAN Network technologies (e.g., NodeB, eNodeB, gNodeB, and specific Nokia and Ericsson equipment),
Small Cell Network (e.g., Access Points, Femto Gateways, Small Cell Switches, and Routers), and Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS).
Analyze indicators such as RSSI, VSWR, and KPIs to assess cell performance, resolving or isolating faults within the network.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in fluent English
- Networking and RAN Experience required
- Familiarity with AOTS-M is desirable
- Previous experience in a Network Operations Center is highly desirable
- Desirable knowledge in LINUX to enhance network management and troubleshooting capabilities
- Expertise in 5G and LTE technologies
- Adaptable to working in a fast-paced, structured environment
- Nice to have: Skills in Python or other scripting experience is a valuable asset
Working Hours:
The position requires a flexible schedule, with working hours of 5:30-14:00 and 11:30-19:00, and the ability to adapt to swing shift when needed (either Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday work schedule)
Hybrid model: 2-3 days in office needed
