Job description

Our client, a big and stable international company is looking for a new employee, Automation Coordinator – supplier onboarding. Do not miss this chance if you are interested to become part of a multicultural environment.

Main tasks:

– Coordinating of supplier onboarding activities between operational onboarding team and strategic departments
– Supporting and identificating in selection of suppliers for onboarding
– Collecting and organizing buyer and supplier training requirements
– Ensuring defined onboarding schedule
– Handling of onboarding escalation process
– Tracking onboarding status, clarification with the project team, SCM governance in case of risks
– Coordinating of implementation of supporting tools

Requirements

– Fluent English (German is an advantage)
– Great communication skills
– Customer-oriented person
– Basics knowledge of EDI system
– Experiecne within P2P and procurement processes
