A well-established, gradually growing international company that is currently looking for additional office administrative support!

We are looking for juniors who would like to gather experience, but also for experienced candidates, who are looking for a calm and stable job!

Responsibilities for this role consists of:
– Daily calls with internal employees
– Booking of flights, transportation, hotels
– Making payments and transport coordination
– Calculations with budgeting
– Preparation of Documents
– Support the manager
– Ad hoc administrative tasks

Requirements

– Fluency in English (spoken and written)
– Fluency in Czech (spoken and written)
– A little experience with similar positions is prefered
– MS office user
– Pro-activity
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
