Responsibilities for this role consists of:
– Scanning and archiving of documents (electronically and physically)
– Support the manager
– Storing documents in cabinets
– Ad hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
– Fluency in English (spoken and written)
– Ideally 2+ years of experience on a similar role
– MS office user
– Pro-activity
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
