Job description

Your tasks will be:

– Processing of debits, credits and special services for various clients
– Handling of payment orders, refund-payments and manual payments processing
– Approval and control activities
– Returning/Forwarding of credits/debits
– Collecting booking related information/details from other banks and customers
– Daily contact with headquarters in Vienna



– Secondary with schol-leaving examination or higher education
– English is a must, German is welcome but not necessary
– Microsoft Office – advanced
– Service and customer oriented
– Analytical skills
– Accuracy, precision and exactness
