Our client, a successul company that runs its business in automotive field, currently looking for a new colleague (m/f) to lead Back Office Team supporting DACH region.

Job description

  • Back office team supervision, coordination of daily activities
  • Motivation, training of your team’s members
  • Monitoring of team’s performance (meeting of KPIs)
  • Performance evaluation, providing feedbacks
  • Workload monitoring, tasks allocation
  • Cooperation with HR due to new recruitment
  • Suggestions for improvements of the processes
  • Communication and cooperation with other company’s departments
  • Reporting to Customer Service Manager 

Requirements

  • Experience with team leading (in customer service, administration field, etc.)
  • Fluent spoken and written English and German
  • Great communication and organizational skills, responsibility and stress resistance
  • Advanced MS Office skills
