What will you do?

As a part of our help desk team, you will help customers with their technical problems. You will be responsible for answering phone calls end e-mails to ensure customer satisfaction. You will get support from young and friendly colleagues that come from all over the world.

Requirements

What do we need?

The key requirement for this job is fluently spoken English at least on level B2. You also need a logical mindset and a passion for problem-solving. You should be eager to gain new knowledge. You don’t need any experience in the field, enthusiasm to work and learn is all you need.
