Job description
What if you were trained from scratch a SAP module in order to master it independently and would become a technical consultant? You will resolve independently any technical issues raised by our customers.
You tasks:
– Ensure high standard of service
– Resolve clients’ queries while meeting SLA
– Provide training to other users
– Visit our customers’ offices from time to time
Requirements
– Command of English (B2) and German or French (B2)
– Customer-orientation
– Communication skills
– Interest in SAP
– Problem solving skills
– Attention to detail
– Willingness to travel occasionally
