For our client, a multinational company that sells auto parts, we are currently looking for a Business Analyst for reporting and control.

Job description

The Reporting & Control Business Analyst works closely with the Product Management & Procurement (PMP) category teams to monitor business trends and reporting on a regular basis the category’s performance. The role will involve supporting the planning, budgeting, forecasting, controlling and reporting of product management and procurement benefits.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • supporting with the planning, budgeting, forecasting, controlling and reporting PMP benefits: pan European pricing, rebates, invoice price reduction, tenders, Etc.
  • verifying rebate payments and accuracy of the related documentation
  • monitoring purchase prices evolution
  • preparing PMP management dashboard and reports
  • supporting with the implementation of KPIs to measure the company’s performance
  • supporting with the preparation PMP business cases
  • solving data issues and supporting ad hoc data requests

Requirements

  • procurement or finance background
  • analytical
  • technically competent in systems such as
  • microsoft Excel, PowerBI or equivalent
  • Czech or Slovak language (at least C1+) and English (B2+) for fluent communication
  • pro-active
  • good Communicator
