Job description
A well-established, gradually growing international company that is currently looking for a Business and Finance ERP Solutions Advisor.
Your daily tasks will be:
– Take charge of the design and execution of complex Business Change Requests (BCRs) and projects
– Active part in global project such as transitions
– Meeting deadlines on project delivery
– Contribution on testing and integration
– Encompassing software development, accounting, and finance tasks and processes
– Proficiently gather and document high-level and detailed requirements
– Paying close attention to software development, accounting, and finance aspects.
– Serve as a subject matter expert in Finance Systems (such as NetSuite)
– Mentoring junior team members
– Guiding non-technical staff stakeholders
– Maintain and enforce Standard Operating Procedures.
Requirements
– Pro-customer approach, management skills, numerical skills
– Experienced with a reorganization, project delivery, and planning
– Written and spoken fluency in English (B2+)
– Experience in Finance / Business Analysis and Accounting environment
– Proven knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite is an advantage)
– Proficiency in Excel is a must!
– Experience with Financial/Business project management
– Stakeholder management, and cross-department functioning are a must
