Job description

We are looking for a candidate on position Business development manager for a world leading global provider of innovative sustainable packaging solutions and logistics optimization services, that reduce the environmental impact and customers’ total cost.

Main responsibilities:

– Identify and capture new opportunities, including all steps from researching and overseeing the market, to finishing the deal
– Maintain strong relationships with current customers, and evaluating business opportunities and adding value for them
– Negotiate business agreements, including price agreement terms and conditions
– Assist Global teams, and other Group functions, in various sales related projects as needed – prepare proposals and quotes
– Maintain awareness of the competitor’s sales efforts and programs in the territory, and working with the sales team, Managing Director, and Group functions, to evaluate and develop appropriate competitive strategy


– Relevant degree in relevant field (e.g. business, engineering, supply chain, or marketing); or equivalent experience
– 3-5 years full-cycle sales experience from business-to-business, including hunting to closing new business
– Demonstrated ability to sell solutions, identify and solve complex customer solutions
– Sales or business development experience with any of the following is considered an asset => Industrial, transport, or export packaging services
– English and Czech – fluency, both written and verbal
