As Performance Management Administrator you will support the Performance Management & the Management Planning processes on daily basis.

Your responsibilities will be:

* Managing process improvement initiatives and special projects
* Supporting international stakeholders
* Managing the company system and the client information
* Uploading new customers into the company system and setting credit limits
* Processing relate administrative tasks

Requirements

* Fluent Dutch and English (B2)
* Proactive candidate with professional attitude towards clients
* Very good communication skills
* Detail-oriented person
* Team player
* University Degree is a plus
