Your tasks will be:

– Communicating with different stakeholders
– Controlling incoming transactions
– Analysing patterns and decreasing the number of frauds
– Supporting other risk management related departments
– Assisting with process improvements
– Participating in a variety of projects


– Advanced level of English and German
– Experience in an inbound call centre environment, any other customer/social service venue or call centre is an advantage
– Customer focus
– Excellent communication skills and telephone manners
– Flexibility, ability to prioritize
