We are looking for candidates who speak English and have experience from procurement.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • communication with supplier to make sure about delivering services and goods
  • participation during negotiations on prices and conditions
  • interaction with external suppliers and internal business clients
  • working in SAP system
  • maintaining database, creating regular reports
  • administrative support

Location: Prague 3 (metro station Flora)
Working hours: 20 – 40 hours/week
Contract for definite period of time (Epril to September 2019)Requirements:

  • Fluent English
  • Previous working experience in administration, ideally procurement
  • Ptp knowledge (Procure- to- pay)
  • Flexible and proactive approach
  • Detail oriented
  • Analytical mindset
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience with SAP
