A 5 star luxury hotel is looking for an experience manager for its hotel.

The position is full time job.

English language is necessary.

Candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the hospitality field as well as in the managing field as well.

Some of the duties of this position is as below :

·         Duties include oversees staff recruitment, selection and replacement, performance appraisal, salary administration and employee relations with the agreement of the Managing Director

·         Strengthens employee relations with special incentive and activity programmes

·         Handles customers and staff grievances and prepares staff logbook

·         Plans and implements effective personnel management and training procedures for ALL levels of staff

·          Co-ordinates, controls and monitors internal and external staff training

·         Managing and controlling budgets, financial plans and expenditure

·         Plans, organizes, directs and controls the hotel’s marketing functions

·         Reviews market and sales analysis to determine local and overseas market requirements

·         co-ordinates activities relating to marketing and sales promotion; Submits a monthly sales report(business plan)

·         Prepares the monthly accounts receivable report, statistical and financial records

·         Setting and achieving sales & profit targets

·         Analyzing sales figures and devising marketing and revenue management strategies

·         Planning work schedules for the team

·         Meeting and greeting customers

·         Keeps all records relating to payroll; prepares and remits payroll reports
