Job description

Your responsibilities:

  • responsible for ensuring that all changes in the live production environments happen in a co-ordinated and controlled manner
  • take control of the complete change management lifecycle
  • ensure that all changes are implemented according to approved schedule
  • ensure that all requests for changes are classified and prioritised based on importance, impact and complexity
  • manage change plan, design and post implementation phases in change process
  • collaborate with colleagues on other environments to improve and implement changes
  • reporting and documentation

Requirements

As and ideal candidate, you should have:

  • at least 1 year of experience as a Change coordinator or Change manager in a related environment
  • written and spoken English (at leasl B2)
  • working experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • experience in project management
  • ITIL Foundation Certification is a big plus
