Job description

In your role you would also:

– Work closely and liaise with Channel operations and Channel sales teams as well as other associates to resolve and escalate problems ensuring high internal and external customer satisfaction
– Support Channel Sales team with their questions related to Partner program and tools
– Perform administrative channel operations tasks, including partner compliance audit and regular checks
– Contribute to testing and validation of new internal and external tools being launched

Requirements

Key skills and expertise you should have:

– Customer focused with excellent communication skills both spoken and written
– Strong problem solving
– Excellent time and task management with ability to multitask
– Calm and assured manner with ability to deliver results under pressure either as an individual or as part of a team
– Can-do approach
– Ability to learn and absorb high amount of information in constantly changing environment
– Ability to work with systems and data entry skills with focus on detail
– Administration and customer service related type of experience desirable

Language skills:
– Advanced English
– Fluent in German
– Any other additional European language is a plus
