Your key responsibilities will be:
– Managing a portfolio of existing clients
– Strategically manage relationships and communicate with multiple senior stakeholders
– Processing clients‘ inquiries and orders
– Handling the entire process of order-to-cash
– Close cooperation with the logistics teams
– Daily communication in English and Turkish


– Advanced level of English and Turkish in both written and spoken form
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to provide optimal client focused service
– Previous Customer Service experience
