Job description

Buyer Enablement:
• Supports Buyer Prospect sales process by providing expertise regarding technical interface alternatives, resource requirements and high level implementation support
• Participates in technical design sessions with Buyer’s technical and A/P staffs to ensure software development meets our standard specifications
• Participates in the overall buyer program kick off meeting
• Coordinate and lead file transfer discussions with the Buyer’s Network teams and PR’s technical staff prior to UAT and production launch
• Manage the User Acceptance Testing between the buyer and the company
• Train the Buyer’s integration team on the software prior to the execution of the test scripts
• Coordinate with multiple teams to move into production environment

Financial Institution Enablement:
• Supports FI onboarding by providing expertise regarding technical interface alternatives, resource requirements and high level implementation support
• Participate in solution design sessions with the FI Team
• Measure project progress against FI and Buyer client expectations and established timeline, assesses issues and implements countermeasures
• Coordinate with Buyer and FIs to open, test and deploy the buyer’s bank accounts and payment instruction files
• Plan and execute training for FI users on the OpenSCi software application – includes systems administration and daily and periodic processes and reporting

Business Partner Support:
• Operational lead for onboarding business partners in the region (e.g., channel partners and resellers)
• Solution design lead for partner specific issues that may require technology enhancements or innovative process enhancements to facilitate a successful implementation
• Relationship manager for business partner operations – the “go to resource” that the business partner can always rely on
• Provide second level technical support for business partners who use PrimeRevenue products via phone, chat or email
• Learn and utilize specific software tools and problem solving strategies to solve for customer

Requirements

• Fluent Language Proficiency: English + German / or French a must
• Bachelor’s degree in related field (IT, Management, Finance, etc.)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer data integration environment
• Minimum 3 years’ project management experience with an ability to establish program management standards and procedures within a PMO
• Proven ability to establish, develop, and manage relationships with cross functional internal and external teams. Ability to understand and manage the business and personal factors that influence decision-making
• Demonstrated effective communication skills using different approaches such as phone, presentations, video-conference, and in person
• Ability to effectively present complex material and concepts
• Demonstrated ability to approach challenges with a “consultative” perspective
• Demonstrated ability to identify the needs of the customer and define alternative solutions
• Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office / Project / Access / Power Point and Salesforce
• Methodical approach to problem solving with strong attention to detail in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Capable of working independently, but willing to ask for help when needed
• Capable of quickly developing knowledge in other areas
• Experience with application and systems integration, data mapping and EDI a plus
• Experience with Financial / Operational business systems analysis a plus
• Startup / high-growth technology firm experience a plus
• Travel may be required up to 25%
