You will be responsible for:

– Your own portfolio of corporate clients, including order processing, service delivery functions, finance operations, and similar
– Daily interactions and resolving different tasks with clients and other departments such as Supply Chain and logistics, Sales or Finance, located across Europe
– Clients’ quality and process checking
– Cooperation with other team members
– Maintaining intern procedures
– Working with internal database
– Assisting with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
– Other office tasks


– Proficiency in English and French (written and oral, B2+ level)
– Capability to work in international teams
– Fluency in English and German, French, Polish, Italian, or Spanish
– Excellent telephone manner along with good computer skills
– Previous customer service work experience or in coordination is a plus, but not a must
– Highly organized and motivated candidates
– Professionalism
– Ability to work under pressure
– Pro-client attitude
