Job description
Do you speak English and French? Are you experienced in customer service?
We are looking for a suitable candidate for the world’s largest international oil and gas company with SSC in Prague.
Your main responsibilities will be:
– support to customers by answering their queries
– troubleshooting, solving of logistic issues and taking orders
– building strong relationships with your own portfolio of customers
– preparation of correspondence and fulfilment of customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
– work in SAP system
– ad hoc tasks
Location: Prague 3 (metro station Flora)
Start: ASAP
Working time: 40 hours/week
Requirements
We are seeking enthusiastic candidates with:
– secondary or university degree,
– advanced knowledge of English and French,
– communicative and detail-oriented person,
– accuracy and customer service mindset,
– excellent verbal and written communication skills,
– experience from customer service or administration area,
– knowledge of SAP is advantage.
