  • Customer care activities
  • Order entry and customer claims process
  • Participate in process improvements initiatives
  • Communicate with stakeholders and ensure issues are identified and solved
  • Monitor and report KPI’s

Requirements:

  • Business related degree preferred
  • Experience in similar role
  • Advanced English and German is a must
  • Project management skills
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Excel
