– Managing assigned portfolio of customers
– Communication with customers and resolving their requirements via phone or e-mail
– Providing customer support that generates a high level of customer satisfaction
– Establishing and maintaining effective and stable relationships with customers
– Collaborating and coordinating with your team
– Demonstrating extensive business and product knowledge
– Ad hoc. administrative tasks


– Good command of English and German (both written and spoken at least B2 level)
– Strong communication skills
– Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
– Problem-solving attitude
– Responsibility and accuracy
– Ability to work individually as well as a member of a team
– Time management and prioritization skills
