You will have full responsibility for the life cycle of each contract through the preparation, negotiation, and finalization of contracts.

Your key responsibilities will be:

– Soliciting potential sources of supply
– Maintaining good relationships with suppliers and business partners
– Market research and procurement planning
– Writing, editing, evaluating, and negotiating contracts with international clients and suppliers
– Close cooperation with the procurement team and other internal departments

Requirements

– A bachelor’s degree in Economics/ Business or relevant experience in Procurement/ Law
– Advanced English and French- C1
– Experience making contracts, contract renewals, and negotiating contract terms
– Ability to get along with Stakeholders of all ranks and positions
– Ability to quickly solve problems when facing unique challenges
– Knowledge of MS Office, experience in SAP is an advantage
