We are a Chinese investment company with a subsidiary based in Prague, operating across diverse industries, including investment, real estate, financial services, and other strategic business operations across various industries. We are currently seeking a Corporate Reporting Manager to join our finance team and oversee corporate reporting processes, ensuring compliance with parent company’s requirements and supporting key financial functions.

Job description

  • Manage the Corporate Reporting Department.
  • Assist the Deputy Finance General Director in various financial tasks.
  • Prepare and review all reporting documents for the parent company and top management.
  • Assist in drafting and updating finance function policies in line with parent company’s requirements.
  • Support the digitalization process as required by the parent company and top management.
  • Review Chinese reporting documents prepared by the Corporate Reporting Specialist, including monthly financial reports, budget analysis, rolling forecasts, liquidity reports, and risk management reports.
  • Collaborate with accounting teams from different subsidiaries across multiple industries.
  • Handle additional finance-related tasks assigned by the Finance General Director.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing, consulting, or banking.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Strong finance background with experience working with Chinese companies or environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Native Chinese speaker with fluency in English.
