Our client is a well-established, rapidly growing international company that is currently looking for a new member for their team. Right now they are looking for a Key Account Manager.

These will be your daily responsibilities:

– Customer Service Management of 30+ Customer Accounts
– Key Account management and contributing on potential growth of these accounts including their healthy state
– Customer care, creating relationships with customers and maintenance of these key relationships
– Determine possible areas for business growth.

– Proactive evaluation of internal KPIs to guarantee service excellence

– Organize efforts to achieve financial goals.

Using key account KPIs, prepare periodical reports on progress and forecasts for internal stakeholders
– Propose and offer a customized solution, have a complete awareness of the important consumer wants and criteria.
– Deal with concerns and any issues consumers may have to preserve confidence


What you shall already have:

– Fluent Czech and English is a must (B2+/C1)
– At least one years experience in Customer Service Management / Key Account Management
– B2B experience is a must
– Account Management experience from FMCG field is an advantage
– Strong communication skills, you will be in contact with customers and clients on a daily basis (in person and virtually)
– MS Office Package is a must (Excel reporting)
– Experience with Supply Chain is a great plus (communication with suppliers)
– Driving License B needed
