An international company with modern offices in Brno is looking for new team members of Customer Care department for US market.

Responsibilities:
* providing technical customer support in English
* helping and educating customers
* answering enquiries
* troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
* answering questions regarding billing
* cooperating with other departments
* no sales activities are included

Full training is provided. Previous experiences are not required, but welcomed.

Requirements

– Fluency in English
– Experience in customer support and/or technical background is an advantage
– Communicative, patient and customer-oriented individual with enthusiasm for technology and problems solving
– Ability to work in multinational and almost 24/7 environment
