You will be accountable for:

* Daily communication with customers in Polish via phone or mail
* Responding to questions and queries about company product via phone
* Research of information about company product
* Using of company system according to company´s criterions
* Adding of new customers into the company system
* Handling requests and complaints of clients
* Readiness to calm down a customer if necessary

Requirements

* Fluent Polish and English
* Exquisite communication and problem-solving skills
* Client-oriented type of person
* Ability to resist stress
* Amicable personality
* Experience from customer service or sales is a great plus but not must
