Your daily responsibilities will be:
– Daily communication with customers in Hungarian via phone or mail
– Answering all of the customer’s inquires
– Working with company system according to company parameters
– Adding new customers into the company system
– Being ready to calm down customers if needed
– Administrative and ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
– Strong command of Hungarian and English (C1 level)
– Previous customer service experience is a great advantage
– Communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong PC skills
– Stress resistant
– Independent as well as a team member
