We are looking for a new colleague for a newly opened branch in Prague.

You will be responsible for:

– data cleansing requests via tickets
– reviewing and governing data queries
– monitoring data usage to assist power users
– 2nd Level support for data related inquiries
– support for business with data governance (GDPR)
– creation of views, reports and dashboards
– translations
– maintenance of training material on sharepoint site

Start: Immediately
Lenght of contract: 3 months with the possibility of prolongation
Location: Prague 8 – Palmovka

Requirements

– Fluent in English
– Good understanding of Excel and standard online tools
– Good understanding of customer data and related processes
– Previous work with CRM or relevant work experience with customer data management is beneficial
– Results-oriented, diligent personality
– Independent way of working
– Willingness to learn
