Job description

We are seeking candidates who can speak German and English fluently. Someone, who already has experience in IT-related customer support. And someone, who is interested in this field, and wants to become part of a well-known international company based in Prague.

You would:
– Specify new and existing integration requirements ( including the technical perspective) to our partners
– Overview of the process from A to Z
– Implement the integration scenario on the company’s EDI platform in cooperation with the partners
– Work closely with the development team
– Troubleshoot procedures
– Be in charge of the administration of technical and organizational data


– Strong command of German (C1) and very good command of English (B2)
– IT or technical background
– Customer Service experience
– Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel
– Very good communication skills
– EDI system knowledge would be a plus
