Your responsibilities will be:
* coordination of customer service
* communication with clinics – processing orders and invoices
* communication with deaf people – technical and customer support
* support for sales and marketing department
* travel management tasks
* event management tasks
* administrative tasks
* participation at medical conferences

Start: ASAP
Working hours: 8:00 – 17:00, 9:00 – 18:00
Salary: 35 000 – 45 000 CZK/month (based on experience)
Location: Prague 7

Requirements

* minimum High school degree
* experience in customer service
* willingness to travel occasionally
* communicative English and Czech
* customer oriented person
* very good communication skills
