Your responsibilities will be:
- coordination of customer service
- communication with clinics – processing orders and invoices
- communication with deaf people – technical and customer support
- support for sales and marketing department
- administrative tasks
- participation at medical conferences
Working hours: 8:00 – 17:00, 9:00 – 18:00
Salary: 35 000 – 45 000 CZK/month (based on experience)
Location: Prague 7Requirements:
- minimum High school degree
- experience in customer service
- willingness to travel occasionally
- communicative English and Czech
- customer oriented person
- very good communication skills
- 5 weeks holiday
- meal vouchers 80 CZK/day
- Flexi passes – 1 000 CZK/month
- language courses
- possibility to lead a team in the future
