Role description:

We are in daily contact with our customers all over the world, so we are looking for a linguistically equipped candidate (English is a requirement, we also welcome the knowledge of Spanish or German).

Together with top-class applications, we provide them with exceptional technical support for the implemented software solution. The position is offered in Hradec Králové.

Job description:

  • Providing technical support to end customers and business associates
  • Analysis, understanding and verification of reported incidents / requests
  • Defining a technical solution, processing the documentation for the development team for the subsequent implementation of repairs
  • Coordinating steps that lead to quick resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Day-to- day communication in a foreign language both written and spoken (helpdesk system, skype, phone, e-mail, remote application management tools)

Requirements:

  • Experience with dealing with customers
  • Excellent communication skills
  •  Excellent knowledge of the English language (B2 / C1)
  •  Excellent knowledge of the Spanish or German language both written and verbally (B2 / C1) is a great advantage
  •  Great advantage of a wide knowledge of information technologies (operating systems, databases, web technologies, networks, security, …)
  •  Self-motivated and able to prioritize
  •  A desire to learn new things
