Within the team, you will be supporting customers with the high and professional level of service. You will be communicating via phone and sometimes via email. Regarding the technical issues and various types of tech support, you will be provided with full onboarding training, so fear not – this is a great opportunity even for fresh graduates.

Main Responsibilities:

– Being a contact person for customers to provide product oriented support
– Preparation and contribution to reports
– Participating and managing of inbound calling under supervision
– Accurately and concisely document customer feedback and any troubleshooting completed during the call, escalating to the second line of IT support
– Assisting the supervisor with ad hoc duties and customer requests


We are looking for someone with:

– Excellent communication skills, professional approach towards customers
– Fluency in English and Dutch
– Working experience from multinational company or a customer service is a great plus
– Computer skills – MS Office (intermediate knowledge)
– Time flexibility (shift work)
