For the top brand from L.A. we are looking for new candidates who want to work as a Customer support. Don’t worry it’s not a sale but a written communication with current clients :) You will answer their questions especially by e-mail, but also for example via Facebook, etc. We are looking for positive people that will support the current Customer Support team. Job description:
– written communication with customers from all over the world
– processing of created orders
– coordination of orders, communication with colleagues from logistics
– collaboration with graphics and creatives

Salary: 41 500 CZK / month
Cooperation: from 15.11. – 31.12.2021, possibility of extension
Employment: possibility to work as a Fulltimer but also Parttimer
Location: Karlín – new offices, startup environment

Requirements

– knowledge of English at C1 level
– experience in administration or customer service
– positive approach to work, proactivity
– smile on your face :)
